Ingredients:  
2 8 oz, cream cheese, softened
1 small can green chili peppers, diced
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
Large flour tortillas
Salsa, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ingredients together, spread on room temperature flour tortilla and roll them up. Cut the ends off. At this point you can wrap them in plastic wrap and cut after they are cold or you can cut them into desired size and serve. Dip into salsa if you want, but great by themselves.
