boiled eggs
onion
miracle whip or mayonnaise
Directions:
Directions:
Put first three ingredients in food grinder, mix well and add miracle whip or mayonnaise enough to make it spread easy.

This is something my mother made after we had a roast, we put it between two slices of bread for sandwiches, every grand kid that came always went to the refrigerator to see if she had any roast beef salad.
