1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
Zest of one Lemon
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. minced onion or chives or both
1 teaspoon salt
pepper
2/3 cup fresh dill, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
To make the dill sauce, combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour.

Great as a dip, with fish, or as a salad dressing.
