2 lobsters
butter
1 cup rich cream

Directions:
Directions:
Lay lobsters on their backs in tight kettle with 1/2 cup water and steam 10 minutes. Saute tomally in butter. Take lobster meat out of shells and add to tomally along with juice from cooking. Then slowly stirring all the time, add the cream and it should turn pink. Cool, age and reheat.
