1 bunch fresh basil, stemmed
1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
1 garlic clove
1 lemon: juiced and zested
1 orange: juiced and zested
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 swordfish steaks
olive oil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Blend basil, pine nuts, garlic, orange and lemon zests and juices, salt and pepper in food processor or blender until finely chopped. With machine running, slowly add oil and process until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the Parmesan cheese.

Brush fish with oil and season. Grill until done. Serve topped with citrus pesto.
