Crust:
1 c. flour
1/2 c. ground almonds
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. almond extract

Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 egg

Topping:
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 T. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. apples, peeled and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
1. Crust - mix first 3 ingredients, cut in butter and add extract. Press into 9x13 pan and chill 30 mins.
2. Filling - beat cream cheese, sugar and cream of tartar. Add egg. Beat on low, just to combine. Pour on crust.
3. Topping - mix brown sugar, flour and apples. Spoon over filling.

Bake @ 350° for 40-45 mins.
Let cool 1 hr.; then refrigerate overnight.
