2 cooked chicken breast cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 Tbsp diced onion
1 cup long cooking rice - cooked
1/2 tsp salt
3 hard boiled eggs chopped
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup blanched & toasted slivered almonds
1 cup celery
1 cup rice crispies crushed

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except rice crispies. Put in greased casserole dish. Top with rice crispies.

Bake 375º for 30 minutes.
