1 cup cocoa
2 cups boiling water
1 cup soft margarine
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 Tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
2 Tsp baking soda
1/2 Tsp baking powder
3/4 Tsp salt
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF

In a large mixing bowl combine cocoa with boiling water. Place in fridge until cool.

In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients.

Add margarine, sugar, and vanilla to the large now cool mixing bowl. Mix until smooth. Slowly add the dry ingredients and blend till smooth. Add eggs one at a time beating for 1 minute each.

Oil a cake pan lightly and dust with flour to prevent cake from sticking. Then, add cake mixture to pan and place in oven.

Bake for about 45 minutes using a toothpick to check the center of the cake. The toothpick will come out clean when the cake is fully baked.

To top this cake off, you can whip some whipped cream and add 2 jello packets in your choice of flavor. The jello will keep the cream from turning runny. Refrigerate any excess.
