2 (8oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (1oz) package of Ranch Dressing Mix
2 green onions, chopped
4 (12") flour tortillas
1/2 c. red bell pepper, diced
1/2 c. diced celery
1 (2oz) can sliced black olives
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese, ranch dressing mix and green onions. Spread the mixture over the tortillas. Sprinkle red pepper, celery, black olives and cheese over the cream cheese covered tortillas. Roll up the tortillas and wrap them tightly with Glad Press N Seal or aluminum foil. Chill for two hours or preferably overnight in the refrigerator. Cut off the ends of the rolls and slice the remaining roll into 1" slices and serve.
