1 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. celery seeds
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. green onion, chopped (optional)
2 tsp. parsley
salt and pepper to taste (about 1 tsp. each)
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 c. uncooked rice
1 lb. hot sausage
chicken (2-3 breasts), cooked
1 can French Onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1 c. chicken broth
1 jar pimientos

Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage and drain. Cook pepper, onion, and celery seeds in margarine until tender.

In crock pot, add rice, chicken, broth, parsley, sausage, onions and peppers, pimientos, and soups and cook until rice is done. Cooking time is approximately 2 hours on High in crock pot.
