1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
12 oz. sour cream
1 t. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 t. baking powder
1 t. soda
1/2 t. salt

Sugar Mixture:

1 t. cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup nuts
1/4 cup brown sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together, shortening, sugar and eggs. Add sour cream and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients, add to first mixture. Pour half of batter into a greased pan, then half of sugar mixture, the rest of batter with sugar on top. Cover with foil and put in refrigerator overnight. Bake @ 350 for approx. 45 minutes in a 9 x 13 pan.
