1 box Rice Chex
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Mix chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir well. Add 1 tsp. vanilla. Microwave for 15 seconds. Pour over cereal.Mix until all cereal is covered. Be careful not to break cereal up. Toss in 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar till all cereal is covered. Spread out on sheet till all is cool. Store in baggies in refrigerator.
