2 large tomatoes, head of Califlower, amount of fresh broccoli, 2 cans of bamboo shoots, 2cans of water chest nuts, 2 cans of whole black pitted olives, 2small or 1 large bag of uncooked multi colored noodles or shell noodles depends on preference, 2 bottles of Kraft oil free day free Italian dressing,

Directions:
Boil noodles for required time on package when finished rinse put in large bowl, wash and cut califlower,broccoli, tomatoes into bite size pieces add to bowl, open, drain, and put olives, bamboo shoots, and water chests in bowl. Add dressing, salt, pepper, lawrys garlic salt to your taste and stir. Make at least 4 hours before so dressing Marinades in all ingredients. Best made night before.
