2 stalks chopped

olive oil
5 med russet potatoes diced
5 small cans clams
1 bottle clam juice
1 small 1/2&1/2 or cream

Directions:
In butter saute onions. celery add water, potatoes, clams, clam juice and cream or 1/2 & 1/2.

Heat very slow, do not boil or cream will curdle!
