1 cup plain yoghurt
2 tbsp. basic curry blend
(2 tsp. coriander powder,
2 tsp. cumin, 1 tsp. tumeric,
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper)
1 to 2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tsp. crushed garlic
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
6 chicken breasts

Tadoori Chicken
Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in a non-reactive container and mix. Make several incision in the chicken with a sharp knife. Place in the marinade and refrigerate 2 to 4 hours.
Remove chicken from marinade. Place on a rack in a shallow baking dish and cook in a pre-heated 450ºF. oven for 20 - 30 minutes.
