1/4 lb. unsalted butter
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp. crushed fine ginger
2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients, except cilantro, in a large saucepan or skillet. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Stir in cilantro and serve over baked chicken.
