1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup soya sauce
2-3 cloves minced garlic (I use 4-5!)
1/4 cup butter
20 chicken wings approximately (about 40 pieces)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Honey, soya sauce, garlic and butter in saucepan. Bring to a boil, simmer 5 minutes.

Cut tip ends off wings. Cut the wings at the joint. Trim any loose skin.

Place chicken in a shallow pan, bake at 375º for 15 minutes. Pour off any fat. Put sauce over chicken. Reduce oven temperature to 350º and bake for 1 hour turning chicken frequently.

These wings freeze well after cooking, and can be warmed briefly in the microwave oven to serve warm.
