1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. olive oil
4 1/2 T. honey
6 large garlic cloves, minced
3 T. chopped, fresh rosemary
1 1/2 T. coarsely ground pepper
1 1/2 T. salt
2 1/4 lb. flank steak

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except steak in a 13x9x2 in. glass baking dish. Add steak and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours, turning occasionally. Marinade is enough for two, I buy two flank steaks and put them both in a Ziploc bag and leave overnight; the next day I freeze one. Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove meat from marinade and discard remaining marinade. Grill steak to desired doneness. Transfer steak to plate, let sit for 5 minutes and cut across grain into strips. Serve.
