Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Best quality tuna steaks at least 1 inch thick
salt and pepper
about 3 T melted butter (for 4 steaks)
Old Bay Seafood Seasoning to taste (Larry uses a lot - he's a Maryland guy!)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat gas grill to medium-high heat. Melt butter and seasonings and baste steaks on both sides with mixture. Grill steaks 3-4 minutes on each side. They should be very pink on the inside.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Tuna steaks really should be served rare. You can cook them a bit longer but they get dry. If you really don't like tuna this way, it's best to stick with salmon, swordfish, or halibut. You can use a salsa like the one with the swordfish recipe I've included if desired.
