Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 acorn squash
3 Tbsp olive oil
dash of kosher salt (any salt will do. I just like kosher salt because I am fancy)
gallon ziploc (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 450º

Have a grown up Cut the squash in half and have the kids remove the seeds
then the grown up can cut in wedges either 4 or 8 per side depending on how thin you want them.

You can do it this way with the kids or just toss together in a bowl.
You have to do this in batches so the bag will close. Put oil and salt in the ziploc and put some squash in and zip it up Have the kids shake it up enough to coat.

spread out in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast for 35-40 minutes turning them about halfway through.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
They should come out crispy on the outside and nice and smooshy on the inside. Make sure to check on them after 30 minutes in case you have a really hot oven. Or else you make have some Cajun acorn squash.
