6 large potatoes
3/4 cup sour cream
4 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp. butter

CRUMB TOPPING:

1 1/2 tbsp melted butter
3/4 cup fine bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes until tender. Drain and mash until smooth. Add sour cream, cream cheese, onion salt, salt, pepper and butter. Beat until light and fluffy (no lumps). Put mixture into a buttered casserole dish.
TOPPING: Melt butter. add crumbs. Toss gently with fork so crumbs are soaked with butter. Cover potatoes completely with crumbs. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes

This can be made in advance and refrigerated. Bake within 24 hours allowing 45 minutes in a 350F oven.
