1 pkg. Romaine hearts
1 can garbanzo beans
2 Ripe avocados
1 English cucumber
1 red onion
1/2 jar Sliced Pepperoncinis
3- 1/4" slices of provolone from deli

Dressing:

1 Fresh Lemon
Olive oil
salt
coarse ground pepper
garlic

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash Romaine hearts and slice horizontally in 1/2" strips
2. Cube provolone and avocado and seeded cucumber
3. Chop red onion
4. Combine Romaine, beans, avocado, cucumber, pepperoncinis and onion. Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds.
5. Whisk 2 cloves garlic,1 lemon juiced and olive oil in the same amount as the lemon juice. Salt and Pepper.
