1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 egg
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 1/2 cup flour plus 1 tbsp
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves1/2 cup raisins
1 tsp baking soda mixed in 1/4 cup boiling water

Frosting:
3 tbsp milk
2 tsp butter
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 tsp salt
confection sugar

Directions:
Mix all cupcake ingredients together and bake in cupcake pan at 375º for 20 minutes.

When cupcakes are cool make frosting by bringing milk and butter to a boil and immediately add peanut butter and salt. Add enough confectionery sugar to thicken to desired consistency.
