1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream corn
1 egg beaten with fork
16 saltine crackers (reserve 8 of these for topping) coarsely crumbled
¼ c melted margarine (save 3 Tbsp for topping)
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
½ tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put frozen broccoli in hot water until you can break it apart(drain). Combine with corn, egg, & 8 saltines coarsely crumbled, margarine, onion, salt & pepper. Use 1 ½ quart casserole. Cover top with 8 saltines coarsely crumbled and 3 Tbsp. melted margarine. Bake in 350ºF oven for 1 hour.
