2 lb ground beef
1 large can mushrooms
6 slices Swiss cheese
12 slices Texas toast bread
A-1 sauce
Burger seasoning
hamburger fixings optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger and seasoning. Pat out 6 burgers and fry or grill. When burgers are about done layer mushrooms then Swiss cheese on top of burgers. Burgers done when cheese is melted. *Cheese locks mushrooms on top of burgers. Toast the Texas toast with butter, this will be the bun to the burger. Enjoy with A-1 sauce.
