1 - 8oz pkg crescent rolls
1 - 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 - 8oz carton sour cream
1 pkg ranch dressing mix
1/2 cup broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup matchstick carrots
1/2 cup green pepper, diced
1/2 cup red pepper, diced
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Spread crescent rolls on pizza pan evenly, pressing out seams to form one big crust. Bake according to directions. Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream and ranch dressing in bowl. Spread on cooled pizza crust. Spread veggies and cheese on top. Cut into wedges.
