2 - 16oz pkg frozen corn
1/3 cup sugar
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup milk
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Place all ingredients in crock pot: cube margarine and cream cheese. Cook on low heat for 2 - 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
