1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg white, slightly beaten
1 cup chopped pecan
2 squares (2 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275º
In a mixing bowl cream butter; gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Beat in egg yolk. Mix flour and cinnamon, add to creamed mixture. Press evenly into buttered jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch. Brush top completely with egg white. Sprinkle with pecans and press lightly into dough. Bake 1 hour. While hot cut into 1 1/2 inch squares or diamonds. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Cool on wire rack.
