1 cup pecans, chopped
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 pkg French vanilla pudding mix, instant
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Wesson oil
1/2 cup rum, clear
4 eggs, room temperature
Sauce:
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup rum, clear

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chopped nuts in the bottom of a greased bundt pan. Mix together cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil and rum. Pour batter into pan and bake 1 hour @ 325º. Let cool. In a saucepan bring butter, sugar, water and rum to a boil. Pour over cake while still in pan and warm. This soak into cake, let cake cool completely before removing. This cake freezes very well.
