2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs beaten
1 large can crushed pineapple undrained
1 cup nuts
raisins optional

Frosting:
1 8oz cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
mix all cake ingredients in a bowl and stir together. put in 13x9 pan bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes.

Frosting, mix all ingredients place on warm cake

This is a very simple/easy cake. It is so moist that it is good to eat without a frosting.
