1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. raspberry wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
6 c. baby spinach
1/3 c. dried cranberries
1/3 c. walnuts
Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil vinegar, sugar, mustard, organ, and pepper well together. Place spinach on a platter top with cranberries and walnuts. Pour vinaigrette over and serve. May add blue or feta cheese if you like. I don't like stinky cheese!
