1 tbsp vegetable oil
28 oz package hash brown potatoes with onion and peppers
1-1/2 tsp salt
8 oz package breakfast link sausage, cooked, drained, and chopped
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup milk
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet. Add potatoes and 1 teaspoon salt, cook until potatoes are golden. Spoon into a greased 9x13 casserole dish and top with sausage. Mix together egg, milk, flour, 1/2 tsp salt and pepper in mixing bowl. Pour over potatoes and sausage; sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30 minutes.
