2 pints whipping cream
4 cans anchovies, drained
1 pound real butter
1 package (two heads) garlic, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan. Add chopped garlic and simmer until transparent (try not to boil). Add anchovies and whipping cream. Stir very frequently until thickened, about an hour. Serve with French bread, cauliflower, broccoli, and fresh mushrooms for dipping.
