1 angel food cake, broken into bite size pieces
1 small can of evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 small can pie filling or fresh fruit such as blueberries, strawberries*
2 bananas sliced thin
1 small container of cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Put broken angel food pieces into bottom of trifle bowl.
Mix evaporated milk, cream cheese, and sugar together. Spread on top of angel food cake.
Put a layer of either pie filling or fresh fruit. Top with banana slices and cover with cool whip. You can garnish with mint leaves and toasted almonds.
