Reuben Casserole Recipe

12 oz can corned beef
1/4 cup Thousand Island salad dressing
1 lb can sour kraut
1/2 lb sliced Swiss cheese
1/4 cup oleo
6 slices Rye bread
Directions:
Directions:
Crumble corned beef into well greased 12x8 baking dish. Dot with Thousand Island dressing. Drain sour kraut well and spread over mixture in dish. Cover with cheese. Tear bread into pieces. Melt butter and mix with bread. Spread buttered bread over casserole. Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
