2 packages meat filled tortellini’s
6 tablespoons butter
5 tablespoons flour
4 cups milk
Pinch of nutmeg
1 cup Parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste

In a skillet melt butter, once melted add flour and stir, add milk all at once. Cook on medium to low heat, careful not to burn, stir continually until thickened. Can take up to half an hour. Cook tortellini’s in water according to package. Mix cooked tortellini’s, sauce, nutmeg and ¾ cup Parmesan cheese, put in 3 quart casserole dish. Top with remaining ¼ cup Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until brown and bubbly. Serve with garlic bread.
