1 large can "crushed" pineapple w/juice
2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 rounded tsp. baking soda
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
Brown sugar
English walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Grease & flour 9x13 pan.
Mix flour, sugar, soda, pineapple & eggs, using a fork. Pour mixture into pan & cover mixture well with a generous topping of brown sugar and then English walnuts. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until done.

After cake has baked, poke holes all over the cake and pour the topping (See below) all over the cake.

Topping:
6 tbsp margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 small can Carnation Evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix these 4 topping ingredients in a sauce pan and boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
After pouring topping mixture on cake, Let cake cool 10 minutes, then cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. After cake has been refrigerated, mix the following and cover the cake.

1 large container Cool Whip
1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
(add the pudding mix to the Cool Whip a little at a time until you get the right consistency (not too thick), but flavorful and creamy.
