2 8oz. pkgs cream cheese (softened)
1 c. Mayonnaise
4 oz. can chopped green chilies (drained)
2 oz. can diced jalapeño peppers (drained)
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. Italian flavored Panko bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Stir together cream cheese and mayonnaise in large bowl until smooth. Stir in green chilies and jalapeños. Pour mixture into baking dish. Add Panko bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes or until top is browned. Serve with toasted slices of French bread.
