1 angel food cake (Or baked white or yellow cake)
powdered sugar
ground peanuts

Directions:
Use a loaf angel food cake or you can bake your favorite white or yellow cake. Cut into squares and frost all four sides with a thin powdered sugar frosting. Roll in ground peanuts.

I remember my Mom making these when I was younger. She would make them when we went to family gatherings. They are really easy to make (and that's what I like!) I know my husband really likes them.
