Bacardi Rum Cake Recipe

1 c chopped pecans;
4 serving pack of instant vanilla pudding;
1-18.5 oz box yellow cake mix;
4 eggs;
1/2 c cold water;
1/2 c oil;
1/2 c dark bacardi rum.

For Glaze: 1/2 c butter; 1 c sugar; 1/4 c water; 1/4 c dark Bacardi rum

Preheat oven to 325º.

Mix all cake ingredients together on medium-high for 2 minutes; stir in nuts; put into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 1 hour or till pick comes out clean.

Just before the cake is done - cook the glaze - melt butter over medium heat; add water and sugar; boil till sugar melts. Turn off heat and stir in rum.

Once cake is on plate, pierce all over using a fork. Slowly pour warm glaze over it. Let stand a few hours or overnight.
