1/2 head cabbage, shredded
4 1/2 c bean sprouts
2 c mushrooms, slicced
1/2 c slivered almonds
1/2 c sunflower seeds
2 green onions

1/2 c olive oil
3 tbsp vinegar
2-4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

1 1/2 c dry chow mein noodles

Directions:

Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Toss. Mix next 6 dressing ingredients; pour over cabbage mixture. Just before serving add chow mein noodles and toss.
