Asparagus - number depends on how many you are serving
Prosciutto - sliced thin (enough slices so there is one for each asparagus spear)
Boursin Cheese - Garlic and herbs - room temp.
Honey mustard
Pepper, freshly ground

Directions:
Directions:
Wash the asparagus and then cut off about 2 inches of the bottom of each asparagus spear.

Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the asparagus - about 2-3 minutes. Remove and place in ice water to stop the cooking process, then drain and let dry.

On each slice of prosciutto spread about 1/2 tsp. of the Boursin cheese. Then spread a little honey mustard over the Boursin cheese and finish with a little cracked pepper.

Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of the prosciutto.

Arrange on a platter and serve.
