3 c.light sour cream
2 4oz.cans mild green chiles,chopped
4 c. cooked rice
2 1/2c. grated monterey jack cheese (8oz)
2 1/2c. grated cheddar cheese(8oz.)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375*Mix together light sour cream and chiles;set aside.Combine cheeses;set aside.Butter a 2 quart casserole dish.Place 2 c. rice in casserole dish.Spread half the light sour cream mixture on rice,then top with half cheese mixture.Sprinkle with salt and pepper .Repeat layers.Cover and bake for 25 minutes.Remove cover and bake an additional 10 minutes,or until casserole is golden brown and bubbly.This recipe may be assembled early in the day,refrigerated and baked later.
