8 medium potatoes (diced)
8 to 10 pieces of bread
1 large rib of celery (diced)
1 onion (diced)
1 stick butter
3/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Break the bread like you would for making stuffing.
Mix the potatoes, bread, onion, celery, salt and pepper together. Put the mixture into a 9 x 12 baking dish; Melt butter and pour over mixture; pour milk over the same mixture. Cover with foil; bake at 350 º for about 1 hour. Remove foil and bake until the potatoes are done; about 45 minutes more.
