1 rump or shoulder roast
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 1/2 cups water
salt, pepper
potatoes, cubed
baby carrots
onions, sliced

Directions:
Directions:

Put first 4 ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 24 hours OR cook on high
from morning to night. Add vegetables 4 hours before serving.

Throw it together the night before and it fills the house with a wonderful smell until dinnertime!
