Ingredients:  
1 lb Sausage-cooked and drained (like ground beef) 3 C Bisquick
16oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese (grated)
¾ C Water

Directions:
Directions:
Add cooled sausage; add cheese, Bisquick and water. Mix with fork. Roll into 1 inch balls and bake on cookie sheet at 400 for 12-15 min.

Note – you can freeze balls ahead of time by placing in on paper plate and separate layers with wax paper and place in large freezer bag. Cook when and as many as needed.
