3 cups sliced raw rhubarb
3 cups sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
3 cups oatmeal
1 cup flour
2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rhubarb, sugar and cornstarch. Set aside. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Grease a 12x13 glass casserole dish. Spread rhubarb mixture out evenly. Top with oatmeal mixture. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
