1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
3 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 box confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, place cake mix, butter and 1 egg. Mix well and press into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Using same mixing bowl, thoroughly blend cream cheese, remaining 2 eggs, and box of confectioner's sugar. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

If you want to change it up, make lemon chess squares. Use lemon cake mix, and add 2 tbsp. lemon juice to cream cheese mixture. Yummy!
