10 ox. Cream Cheese
1c. Peanut Butter
1c. Whipped topping
1c. Powdered Sugar
1c. Half & Half
2 ox. Skinless Salted Peanuts
1/2c. Granulated Sugar
1 c. Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 Stick Lightly Salted Butter
6 oz Chocolate Fudge Topping
3 oz. Coffee

Pie filling
Beat cream cheese in a mixer until smooth (30 minutes on high)
Add powdered sugar and beat until mixture is fluid-like. Add peanut butter and beat until well blended. Add half & half and mix briefly. Fold in whipped topping. Fill pie pan with mixture and freeze for at least three hours. Garnish with whipped topping, chocolate sauce, and peanut butter sauce, and peanuts if desired.

Pie Crust
Melt butter and mix into graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar. Shape crumbs to conform to the bottom of a 10 in. pie pan (make the crust thick)

Chocolate Sauce
Add enough coffee to enable fudge to drizzle over the pie.

This dessert is a local Augusta favorite from the French Market Grille. This is a great dessert to have for a family get together or just having friends over for a nice dinner and dessert. It is Awesome!
