1 c. self-rising meal
1 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. shortening, melted
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp sugar
Dash of hot sauce.
Directions:
Directions:
Sift meal and flour together. Slightly beat eggs, adding milk, then adding to first mixture. Add remaining ingredients, beating well with wire whisk or fork. Bake in greased 9 inch pan at 400º for 30 minutes.
